Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in the efficient operation of our learning centres. This position involves providing administrative support, handling daily operational tasks, and assisting in maintaining a productive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Learning Centre Coordinator with daily administrative tasks and operations.
Handle administrative tasks including student registrations, attendance tracking, and record-keeping.
Ensure the learning environment is welcoming, safe, and conducive to learning.
Monitor and maintain inventory of educational materials and supplies, and place orders as needed.
Printing of worksheets and learning resources.
Communicate effectively with students and parents to address inquiries and resolve issues via phone calls, messages or emails.
Promotes the company’s programmes, products and services to parents.
Implement and uphold company policies and procedures within the centre.
Collaborate with the operations team to develop and improve centre programs and services.
Ensures the overall maintenance of the centres – i.e. ensuring the centre is tidy, organised, and well-maintained.
Other general administrative duties as directed by the Management or Learning Centre Coordinator.

Minimum Requirements:

Full-time position.
Diploma/Higher Nitec or equivalent.
Applicants without the necessary academic qualifications but with relevant work experience in an educational or administrative role are welcome to apply.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and educational management software.
Detail-oriented and capable of handling confidential information.
A positive attitude and a commitment to supporting educational excellence.
Operating hours – 6 working days (including both weekends) with off on Fridays

Compensation and Benefits:

Base starting monthly salary: $1800 to $2200 depending on qualifications and experience.
Additional variable salaries (include attractive sales commissions, tutoring pay, mid and end-of-year bonuses and performance-based bonuses).
