Responsibilities

  • Drives innovation and initiatives to improve site relationships including new company technologies and tools to support sites.
  • Fosters relationships with internal and external stakeholders in developing and maintaining key institutions and center of excellence sites.
  • Drives process improvements and innovative solutions to help reduce barriers and mitigate risks impacting investigator sites.
  • Engages with industry stakeholders to build awareness and develop the company's brand and reputation.
  • Maintains a deep understanding of the US site landscape.
  • Manages direct reports including performance and development plans and oversees performance management and career development.
  • Works closely with country leadership to assess priority sites and manage issue escalation and strategic partner relationships.
  • Creates promotes and directs a strategy for the SRM role to be recognized as the central point of contact for sites.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience within the Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Minimum 10 years in clinical trial operations.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of Clinical Development Processes & Procedures.
  • Significant project management and business process improvement experience with a demonstrated record of accomplishments.
  • Familiarity with the clinical operations of pharmaceutical development from an industry perspective.
  • Well-developed and effective team facilitation and leadership skills.
  • Data analytics skills.
  • Networking and partnerships experience.
  • Business savviness.
