Responsibilities:

Enter and update customer and account data from source documents within required timeframes.
Compile, verify, and sort information to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or deficiencies; correct any discrepancies as needed.
Conduct research to obtain missing or incomplete information.
Maintain organized records of valuable company information.
Scan documents and print files when necessary.
Respond to inquiries regarding data and retrieve relevant information.
Ensure compliance with data integrity and security policies.
Address and resolve any issues with office equipment as needed (e.g., printers, scanners).

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar role as a Data Entry Operator, Office Clerk, or related position.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and data entry software.
Familiarity with administrative tasks and office equipment such as scanners and fax machines.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Strong knowledge of spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to focus on assigned tasks.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in computer operations or data management are a plus.
