Duties & Responsibilities

Some of your duties may include:

  1. Acquisition and placement of inventory
  2. Take necessary steps to ensure customer orders are properly packaged and ready to ship
  3. Load the boxes onto the shipping trucks
  4. The use of scanners is an efficient and accurate method of obtaining information from bar codes on products
  5. The prompts on the screen will guide you through the installation process
  6. Troubleshoot problems
  7. Confirm that the product matches quality benchmarks
  8. Freely receive training and certification to operate powered industrial trucks (PIT), which may include forklifts or pallet drivers. Additionally, you may work at heights of up to 40 feet while on the job site.

You'll also need to be able to:

  1. Have the ability to lift weights up to 49 pounds with minimal exertion
  2. Push carts with a load capacity limit of 60 pounds
  3. Shifts may necessitate the use of physical effort, including standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching
  4. Using carts and other equipment to transport items is a smart solution for businesses that need to move heavy or bulky items with relative ease
  5. Make your way up and down stairs (when possible)
  6. Execute job responsibilities while located on a mezzanine structure that reaches heights of 40 feet
  7. Executing strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards requires a dedicated and highly trained workforce
