Reponsibilities: 

Become a member of our Customer Care Team, master the challenges of high growth and help us further shape our growth trajectory.

  • Delivering best in class support for all technical issues our users may face

  • Hosting webinars, office hours and other scaled education formats (e.g., onboarding)

  • Contributing to make our internal processes and -structures scalable

  • Enabling our Product Team to gain a better understanding of the user experience

Requirements

  • You are currently pursuing a university degree

  • You are available for at least 20h/week

  • You are a people-person and curious to fully understand your counterpart

  • You excel at communicating complex processes in a simple way, especially in written formats

  • You are a technically savvy problem-solver and enjoy getting to know new tools in detail

  • You are resilient and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

  • You are passionate about the future of work and continuous learning at work, and you want to join us in building an exceptional team and company to have a real impact in this space

Expected Compensation: $20 - $25 per hour

For compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. We share base salary ranges on all US job advertisements to comply with local legislation and provide greater transparency to candidates.

Multiple factors determine final offer amounts, including geographic location, candidate experience, and expertise.
