Responsibilities

  • Provide virtual triage support during overnight shifts using established protocols.
  • Assess patient symptoms, determine the level of urgency, and provide appropriate care guidance.

Requirements

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in your state of practice.
  • Minimum of one year of clinical experience; triage, emergency care, or telehealth experience is preferred.
  • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and electronic medical records.
  • Ability to work independently in a virtual environment during overnight hours.
