In this pivotal role, you will support our Salesforce environments and the integrated Bullhorn for Salesforce application, which enhances our CRM and ATS capabilities. Your primary objective will be to improve the user experience for our sales organization by recognizing opportunities for automation and ensuring the accuracy of data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze current sales and recruiting processes to pinpoint areas for technical enhancements, proactively proposing and implementing solutions within Salesforce.

  • Plan for and guarantee disaster recovery procedures are established.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated experience working with Salesforce; Salesforce certification is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Talent Rover and Bullhorn is beneficial.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience using tools like Jira or Asana.
  • Experience managing Salesforce deployments with tools like Flosum.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in documentation and change management processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Experience in the staffing or recruiting industry is highly preferred.
  • Salesforce certification is a plus.
