Responsibilities:

  • Enterprise SaaS Applications Administration and Operations (75%)
  • Manage and support applications, including:
  • Google Workspace
  • Slack
  • Zoom
  • Box
  • LDAP
  • Handle employee onboarding/offboarding requests, Slack apps, Google
  • Marketplace, and Slack channel share requests.
  • SSO Integration (10%)
  • Independently manage Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations using OneLogin.
  • Runbook Review and Improvement (15%)
  • Audit existing runbooks, identify gaps, and create/update guides.
  • Triage, process, and resolve operational requests while managing
  •  

Requirements:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years as a Slack Admin and Google Workspace Admin.
  • Preferably 8+ years of experience in IT.

Skills:

  • Strong customer service orientation and collaboration skills.
  • Confidence in handling operational tasks and working with non-technical users and 3rd-party vendors.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and resolve customer requests professionally.

Availability:

  • Must work PST hours (US West Coast).
  • Overtime requires prior approval.

Operational Readiness:

  • Ability to meet resource demands and implement contingency plans for attrition.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to increase developer velocity and productivity

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related technical field. Equivalent experience will be considered
  • 4+ years of hands-on development & operational experience with building and maintaining infrastructure in AWS
  • Extensive performance monitoring, troubleshooting & tuning experience
  • Experience with AWS services and hands-on knowledge of hosting on Cloud
  • Experience with scripting languages for DevOps automation
  • Experience with any one of the programming languages: Java/Python/Ruby
  • Knowledge of Docker & Kubernetes, ArgoCD,
  • Experience with monitoring and observability using Splunk, Wavefront, AppDynamics, Prometheus, Tracing, etc
