What we’re looking for in this role

  • 8+ years in a sales engineering role with demonstrated experience working with enterprise customers
  • Technical: comfort with Python with hands on experience with SQL / data
  • Communication: Experience creating high quality technical documentation and proposals with proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Implementation)
  • Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to customize solutions to meet specific client requirements- understanding enterprise landscape - direct sales team
  • Follow Through: Proven track record of preparing and delivering product proof-of-concepts, technical presentations, and product demonstrations

It would be great if you also had:

  • Healthcare industry experience
  • Experience working in a fast paced startup environment

Your day-to-day

  • Share Ribbon’s technical vision in a compelling way then develop demos and product proof of concepts at the pre-sales stage 
  • Identify key enterprise stakeholders and create a technical plan of action to help drive the sales process forward
  • Streamline existing processes and metrics, and share learnings from the technical sales process with other internal teams 
  • Identify and scope use cases, convey and demonstrate the value of Ribbon’s product, and remove technical blockers

The base salary range for this role is between $180,000-$200,000In addition to base salary and long-term incentive, this position also has competitive, variable compensation. Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
