Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Security Architect to lead the development and implementation of IAM solutions. In this role, you will design and enhance security architectures across various platforms, collaborating strategically with multiple departments to strengthen our security standards and practices.

Responsibilities:

• Develop IAM Solutions:Design and implement comprehensive identity and access management solutions, including lifecycle management, access management (SSO, SAML, OIDC), identity governance, and privileged access management.
• Design Security Architectures:Plan, design, and implement security architectures for multi-cloud systems and workloads, ensuring robust protection across platforms.
• Gather Requirements:Collect business, functional, and non-functional requirements, including compliance standards, to design secure architectures that enhance existing security postures or support migration projects.
• Apply Best Practices:Utilize industry best practices from various domains, such as public and private clouds, network security, containerization, microservices, and secure software development life cycles (S-SDLC).
• Collaborate Across Teams:Work closely with engineering, infrastructure, development, database, and security operations teams on both physical and logical system design.
• Develop Security Standards:Partner with management and technical teams to develop corporate security standards applicable across all major cloud platforms.
• Implement Disaster Recovery Strategies:Design and implement security and disaster recovery strategies to ensure business continuity.
• Report to Leadership:Provide regular updates and reports to C-level management and security directors on security architecture initiatives and status.
• Project Management:Estimate project scope, develop project plans, and organize the work of security engineers to ensure timely and effective delivery.

Requirements:

• Educational Background:Bachelor's degree in a security-focused field or equivalent proven experience.
• Experience:Over 8 years of experience in developing Identity and Access Management solutions, with at least 5 years as a security architect specializing in IAM or Privileged Access Management.
• Technical Proficiency:Expertise in at least two of the following products: Okta, Auth0, SailPoint, CyberArk, Ping Identity, Saviynt, and/or ForgeRock.
• Cloud Security Projects:Demonstrated success in executing at least one cloud security project.
• Consulting Experience:Experience providing security consulting in at least one business domain.
• DevOps Collaboration:Proven experience working with DevOps teams to integrate security practices.
• Policy Configuration:Experience configuring security controls and policies, particularly NIST SP 800-53.
• Project Delivery:Track record of successfully delivering security service-oriented projects and implementing enterprise security programs.
• Compliance Standards:Familiarity with compliance standards in at least one business domain and a proven record of building compliant architectures.
• Hands-On Skills:Strong hands-on proficiency in relevant technologies and practices.
