Senior project remote

Senior Project Delivery Leads Location- Remote / Atlanta ,GA / Charlotte , NC Essential Duties and Responsibilities : End to end project delivery and execution of cybersecurity projects / critical work efforts.

Create project charter, build out a comprehensive project plan and drive the overall solution. Provide status updates with go-to-green plans, when needed, and executive level… reporting.

Proactively identify risks / issues and document remediation plans. Ensure adherence to PMLC and required governance routines.

Required Qualifications 1. Project Management Skills : – Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Scrum) with the ability to apply them effectively in cybersecurity initiatives.

2. Analytical and Organizational Skills : – Strong analytical skills with a knack for identifying, articulating, and managing project dependencies and risks.

• Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities effectively. 3. Communication and Leadership Skills : – Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate project goals, dependencies, and risks to both technical teams and senior management.

• Proven leadership ability to drive action, hold teams accountable, and foster collaboration across various teams. 4. Change Management and Influence : – Experience with change management and the ability to lead organizational transitions.
• Strong confidence and assertiveness to partner with, drive action, and ensure accountability across various teams. 5. Technical Skills :

– Knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and solutions, specifically areas of expertise should include one or more of the following data protection, data loss prevention, IAM, CIAM, vulnerability management, patch management, cyber defense, threat intel, encryption, MFA, authentication / authorization, application onboarding, etc.

• Experience with risk assessment tools and methodologies. Desired Qualifications 1. Cyber / Information Security Expertise : – Broad understanding of information and / or cyber security and associated frameworks (e.

g., NIST, ISO / IEC 27001). – Familiarity with cybersecurity threats, defense mechanisms, and regulatory requirements specific to the banking industry.

2. Degrees or Certifications : – Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field.
