We are seeking an ServiceNow Business Analystwho is well versed in business process design and ServiceNow workflow design. A strong attention to detail and team orientedto join our growing Technology Solutions division.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Business Process Design
  • Design ServiceNow workflow
  • Review and document current state of IT request management for acquired facility to include both front end and back-end processes.
  • Work with Service Catalog/Request Process Owner and Manager to recommend approach for converting current request management process to enterprise process and tool.
  • Determine if new service request forms need to be created.
  • Gather and document service requests requirements for new and transitioning existing requests to enterprise requests.
  • Leverage strategic and analytical skills to address significant company challenges. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to formulate and test strategies.
  • Engage in constructing problem frameworks, formulating hypotheses, conducting tests and analyses, develop solutions, assessing operational feasibility, leading implementation efforts, and creating monitoring plans.

Required Experience

  • 4+ years of ServiceNow Business Analysis experience.
  • 4+ years of business requirements gathering experience.
  • 2+ years of ensuring that service request requirements align to the clients service request design guiding principles.
  • Hands on experience in documenting work in Service Now Agile application.
  • Test service request forms and coordinate testing by SMEs.
  • Assist with communications relative to service request changes, adds, etc.
  • Assist with education of newly acquired IT support teams on the enterprise request management process and tool.
  • Revise/create handouts to assist both fulfillers of IT service requests and general caregivers who place the requests.
  • The ability to work on multiple concurrent projects is essential
  • Self-motivated and the ability to work with minimal supervision

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - GRC/IRM
