Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical direction and roadmap for large-scale cloud-based systems.

  • Ability to balance and prioritize multiple assignments while maintaining high-quality results.
  • Experience mentoring and leading team members to foster growth and innovation.
  • Proficiency in articulating complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills:

  • Expertise in Android development, including tools like Java, Kotlin, Jetpack, Jetpack Compose, and Android Studio.
  • Familiarity with mobile architecture patterns such as MVP and MVVM.

Education

  • Required:
    • High school diploma or GED.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent formal training).
  • Preferred: Advanced degrees or certifications in software development or related disciplines.

Experience

  • Required:
    • Extensive experience in software development and methodologies.
  • Preferred:
    • Hands-on expertise in mobile application development, especially for Android.

Additional Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the United States (as per the Immigration Reform Act of 1986).
  • Must comply with company appearance and attendance standards.
  • Ability to work from a remote setup with occasional travel for training and meetings.
