KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Special Education Delivery: Provide remote services to children in HeadStart, Pre-K, and Kindergarten.
  • IEP Development: Create and implement personalized IEPs for each student, based on their unique needs.
  • Progress Monitoring: Conduct assessments and track the progress of students regularly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with parents, school staff, and other professionals to ensure students receive comprehensive support.
  • Early Intervention: Utilize early intervention strategies to promote student growth and achievement.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records and ensure all educational activities meet regulatory standards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: Previous experience with remote teaching and early childhood special education.
  • Certification: Special Education certification is required.
  • Student Population: Familiarity with HeadStart, Pre-K, and Kindergarten students.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Autonomy: Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

  • Payment Schedule: Weekly, every Friday.
  • Additional Services: Compensation includes time for indirect services (IEP writing, meetings, training, etc.).
