Customer Service Representative for Loan Servicing - $20-25 p/hr - Remote | WFH (Max 30 hrs)

We are seeking a committed and detail-oriented Loan Servicing Customer Service Representative to join our esteemed team. This crucial role involves managing inbound communications pertaining to our loan services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication abilities, possess a solid understanding of loan products, and exhibit a strong dedication to providing exceptional service to clients and prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Manage Inbound Communications: Respond effectively to phone calls, emails, and various other forms of communication regarding our loan services.
  • Provide Accurate Information: Address client and prospective customer inquiries concerning loan products, terms, conditions, and application procedures with clarity.
  • Assist with Loan Applications: Guide clients through the loan application process by clearly explaining the necessary documentation and subsequent steps involved.
  • Problem Solving: Aid clients in resolving issues or concerns associated with their loan accounts, payments, and transactions.
  • Follow Up on Customer Inquiries: Ensure timely and comprehensive follow-up on customer requests and questions.
  • Document Client Interactions: Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, issues, and resolutions within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with Loan Officers and Teams: Work alongside the loan services team to guarantee seamless customer service and escalate complex issues as required.
  • Maintain Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest loan products, policies, and industry regulations.

 

Adhere to Compliance Standards: Ensure all client interactions and services are compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
