Responsibilities:

Supports all relevant call points across Bioprocess where Upstream Hardware and Related Consumables are sold. Provide support to Account Managers with expert product knowledge, training and support, whilst working to generate sales from new and existing customers.â€¯ This role should be able to evaluate a customer’s process to identify solutions and provide theâ€¯necessary tools, information and support to obtain additional sales and identify new opportunities.
Primarily focus on Upstream Hardware and Related Consumables opportunitiesâ€¯within their region and supports all Upstream Hardware and Related Consumables products are sold both by providing the Account Manager in sales process with product expertise as well as independently identifying opportunities.
Provide high level technical expertise during pre-sales discussions, instrument demonstrations, customer training, post-sales support, seminars, tenders/quotes and promotional events.
Continuously develop a network of key decision makers. Build a territory business plan and set quarterly priorities to achieve defined business goals.â€¯Contribute to key account plans managed by the Account Management team.
Develop sales opportunities to create a sales funnel to meet business targets. Manage leads and prospects using customer relationship management software.

Required Experience :

Bachelorâ€™s Degree in biotechnologies, life sciences OR equivalent field experience
3 years commercial/applications or lab experience, preferably in the Biotechnology industry. Must have strong applications background and experience with large reactors.
Cross-selling, upselling, value positions and funnel management.
Upstream Hardware (bioreactors, mixers) and related Consumables expertise.
Understanding of customersâ€™ key business drivers. Ability to work independently and a self starter with a drive for customer satisfaction.

Additional Requirements

Must be able to travel 90 % in US and Canada . Fleet vehicle is available for this role.
Candidates must currently reside in US or Canada
Covid 19 vaccination is required for this position. #LI-Remote
