About the Role

We are seeking sales-focused professionals who have a proven track record of supporting customers in their purchasing decisions. As a Sales Generalist at Wayfair, you will apply your sales experience to drive business outcomes through high-quality customer interactions. Your effective communication skills and product knowledge will help in advising customers in making confident buying decisions while meeting or exceeding sales performance expectations.

Key Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Base Pay: $15.00 hourly
  • Performance Bonus: Uncapped monthly incentives
  • Expected Total Compensation: Approximately $23/hour including bonuses
  • Location: Remote (Work from home)
  • Schedule: Variable shifts including potential weekend and evening hours

  • Required Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales

Important Note: This position is strictly for sales activities and is different from customer service. Past experience in sales is required.
