Must-have Qualifications
  • A minimum of four years of analytical work experience
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of one year analytical work experience
  • {OR} Successful completion of Progressive's Analyst Boot Camp and Progressive's Internal Analyst Trainee program and a minimum one year analytical work experience This position requires online pre-employment testing for external candidates.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of advanced analytical, statistical, and technical methods to solve complex business problems, including knowledge of large data concepts, practices, and terminology.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SQL including the ability to create and troubleshoot basic programming and experience with Alteryx.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office – such as PowerPoint and Excel - with advanced skills in spreadsheet functionality including v-look-up, pivot tables, charts, graphing, and macros.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects with effective collaboration.
  • Ability to learn quickly and communicate effectively in an adaptive, team-oriented environment.

Compensation

  • $65,500 - $87,300/year depending on position level and experience
  • Gainshare incentive up to 24% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
